Cancellation Process and Refund Policy

If you want to refuse to take our services, you will have to follow this process to ensure the cancellation of any hosting solution you purchased from Zencloud ( Zenpay ).com. We will only refund you the hosting fee when you cancel the service within the mentioned time. If you don’t cancel the service within this time, we will not be accountable to refund the product fee.

Main refund terms: If you cancel Zencloud ( Zenpay ) service within the given time, we will pay you the full amount for the product as per our terms and policy.

Billing Policy

• At least one year or more: Within 15 days of the date of the transaction.
• Less than 12 months: Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.

Right Date of Transaction

The date of the transaction is clarified as the date the hosting is obtained or renewed by the owner, which is followed by Zencloud ( Zenpay ). In this case, we will follow the agreement terms. We reserve the right to cancel any hosting package at any time and will refund the fee according to our policies.

Local Considerations

• You have to submit the cancellation request to the billing division by using a ticket or via the billing portal.
• You must submit this request from an official email ID.
• The cancellation proposal must include the exact IP address and domain of the web hosting plans you wish to stop.

15-Day Money Back Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We want to announce that all new buyers of Zencloud ( Zenpay ) can get the advantage of a 15-day money-back guarantee on all web hosting solutions if they request it via written mail. (This excludes VPS and dedicated servers.)

New Buyer Definition: A new buyer is defined as a person who has never obtained hosting from Zencloud ( Zenpay ) before. If the buyer acquires a hosting plan for the second or third time from Zencloud ( Zenpay ), they will not be entitled to the benefits of the refund policy.

Bandwidth Limitation: If you consume the bandwidth limit within the first month of the hosting service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If eligible, it will be credited in 5 working days in bank account.

Important: Dedicated servers, cloud, and VPS product services are not included in this refund policy, and Zencloud ( Zenpay ) reserves the right to refuse a refund for these hosting plans.
